Hello everybody,I'm Tom Kirchner.I'm just learning about commercial real estate.I have taken one home study course and been all over the internet trying to soak up information.I'm interested in learning more with the help of some very knowledgeable people like yourselves.My main goal is to work with commercial properties.Mainly to buy undervalued or under performing properties at a discount and resell for a large profit.I look forward to hearing from many of you,and wish you all great success in real estate journey.

For example, a no hassle, low cost apartment won't soak up much of your capital (which you need for the next buy and hold rental or flip).And--just as crucial--it won't burn up much of your valuable time (with home improvement projects, a lawn to mow, leaves to rake, a porch to paint, flooring to replace, etc).So you can put the extra money and weekends into buying and improving investments properties-- not on a long to-do list for your own place.Best of luck!
