Virginia Newbie excited to network with Wholesalers

Happy Thursday folks.

I'm an attorney with a (dormant) real estate license looking to break my way into wholesaling in Virginia, and would gladly offer free labor to help a more experienced wholesaler close a deal.  I'm soaking-up all of the great info here on BP and elsewhere, but I know the value of seeing things first-hand, and will gladly volunteer for a few deals to see it done.
