You’d be surprised how many properties have been bought this way.As the bidding war drew to a close, my competitor started getting excited.

@Drew Brock I've purchased many a property from auction.com and no, they aren't too bad but the bidding will likely run way up over the opening bid in most cases.

The homes in Boston Edison, and Indian Village are what really drew us to Detroit, but after moving to Ferndale and driving through Sherwood, we knew that that was where we wanted to start. 

I've just told them there was more sq. ft. drew a new scetch/floorplan and they took it.

Drew, honestly I have no idea. many people are suing these days based on environmental hazards (mold grew in the house after you bought it, and then caused tenant health problems) that you as a landlord may have no idea are even present until its too late and your served with a lawsuit.

@Drew DonovanOption 1 will likely allow you to have the least skin in the game once the plan is executed.
