Airdna is awesome but it's also not awesome if you don't understand its weaknesses. 

The peel is easily seen in direct sunlight (the sun actually nails that one area and I almost wonder if the sunlight is why the varnish seems to be weak and eroding just there).

I also don't think that number of people could damage a joist unless it was already weak/rotting which it doesn't look like it was; but you should get a professional opinion written up on the extent of the damage and present this to the tenants if you try to recover.

Its made CHEAP, everything is weak and will require more fixing 2.
