If there aren't any hotels in the area there probably isn't enough of a tourist market to support them....or you. 2-4 week "work-cations" are still a thing for the work-from-home crowd if fast solid internet is avail.

Unless there is some reason to believe the area is going to experience growth, and enough growth to outweigh the massive overbuilding in the tourist areas of FL, I think I'd be inclined to be rid of this.
