Morning all!

I'm new to this...business...My 82 yr old dad has finally given up driving and is being welcomed into our home and family in TX.

He has a small lot w/singlewide trailer in NorthCentral Florida in Ocalla Nat'l Forrest.

I'm here to see if renting would be better than selling right now. He bought this little over a year ago and advised by a realtor that he will loose 1/3 of buying price if sells now.

Any comments, suggestions?....Anyone out there interested in taking on this property to manage for us???.........TKS! SAM ELLIS!
