Eviction is easy here in Texas but, based on your description, this strikes me as a particularly egregious situation.

You def strike a nail when you talk opportunity cost and what I could get done using a company.

If they have unrealistic expectations of what I'm trying to do, it will end up wasting a lot of my time and get their hopes up for no reason (which will leave them angry at me in the end).Remember, your service will only strike a nerve with a small segment of the people you're mailing to - so don't be bashful about steering the wrong people away.

If you listen to News Radio and Sports Radio 10 minutes a day youll have all of the ammunition you need to strike a conversation up with a male and if you spend an hour or so at Macys / Nordstroms studying Purses and Shoes youll have the same for females...

Duh.We purchase out of state, and I can tell you calling a local title company and striking up a relationship with them is easy, cost effective and a great way to protect your interests.

It’s incredibly rare statistically but you feel pressure to participate because everyone does, and “what if” lightening actually strikes.
