Spark rent seems to fit the bill for me.How would each of you recommend I ibring this up to 8 tenants that are use to bringing me a check each month and a 9th that has automatic payments on his end that cut a check to my house ? 

And with interest rates where they are, even something 'lower cost' in the midwest just isn't going to provide meaningful cash flow.
