Hopefully people in this area will start choosing leaders that are willing to make the hard choices. 

I have worked hard but in the State of Oregon the leaders are PRO tenant, not PRO landlord who took the risks.

We definitely encourage our investors and all investors to do their own due diligence and as part of that due diligence meet in person with operation leaders and or those running these turnkey or investment companies .

For all the flaws of our government leaders, they are often pretty good at that (not always - lol).
