Akita, Bull Mastiff (aka Presa Canario), Rottweiler including anything 50% half breed,Wolf Hybrids, Pit Bulls including anything 50% half breed,I charge a $200 pet fee (not deposit) upfront to cover deep cleaning fees, and $25 per month per pet (to cover risk of being sued)Bottom line, if an animal harms anyone on your property (visiting baby, mail man, kids kicking balls in your backyard and jumping fence) you WILL be named in the lawsuit with the tenant.
