Unfortunately, the women had psychological problems, long story, bowed out.

If you keep putting it into deals, and getting it back out through any means, you can put those same funds back into your next deals...and don't have to pay it back, and apply for it (and pay for it, as in fees, etc...) all over again.Now, if you use it starting out for flipping, you can compound these funds for free.

Ever since joining the real world after college, I have been fascinated with investing and the magic of compounding interest.

A person who studies finance, accounting or economics is at a great advantage in comparison, especially if that student understands the concepts of investing and compounding interest. 

That works out to about 5.5% per year all cash (my math I know is somewhat off since i'm not really compounding, I am doing this off the cuff.)

However, we have about $100,000 of debt in Parent Plus and other student loans ranging from 4% - 8% COMPOUND interest rates.

The inspector noted one basement wall bowing inward due to soil pressure because of the poor drainage and there are some cracks.
