Do you just have a sign out or do you advertise on Craiglist, Zillow, Trulia, Apartments.com, called local businesses to see if employees need a rental place or local hospitals for traveling nurses or doctors, etc?

I've motivated at least 50/100 people to consider Biggerpockets as their future(dentist, doctors, friends, etc...).

Contractors, lawyers, doctors, financiers, etc. 

Plumbers make more than doctors, there is an application coming up around here

To me it is the same as telling a kid that wants to be a doctor that he should study nursing because it is easier.Don't strive for mediocrity.

Do they say that about Bankers, Grocery Store Owners, Doctors (well maybe doctors..bad example) plumbers, etc?

I absolutely cannot stand when doctor/dentist offices take it upon themselves to add me to their automated text message systems.

Since I was in the top 1% a lot of people including my parents wanted me to go to school to become a doctor or "something successful".
