My tenant threatened to call the town to report the landlord if this keeps up after this neighbor dismissed the complaint saying people can park on a public street.

AirBNB has become very "bossy" and threatening in the last few months, adding new requirements and penalizing search placement if you don't comply.

They got a lawyer involved and called us on the security deposit law and threatened to sue for 3x damages b/c we failed to provide receipt w/i 30 days of tenancy.  

Long post but here is summary: I refused to use a plumber's service and he threatens to report code violations in my property to authorities!

That's best for a seller, I've seen many deals die because a tenant wanted to vent/threaten/etc.

Not someone that is upset with me because I threatened legal action.

I'm back again because I got a threatening email from the HOA as described below. 

Now he is threatening us and our families.
