Fortunately my stove was located close to a peninsula, and in redoing that kitchen I just moved the peninsula 6” over and put in a normal 30” stove.

New kitchen (big box store inexpensive white cabinets, Formica counters, new stainless DW and stove, LVT floor), new bathroom ($160 white steel tub, $60 tile, $60 vanity, $15 light bar, $100 toilet, LVT floor) Refinished hardwood in the entire house, fresh paint, all new light fixtures/outlets/switches, new windows, Fresh painted front porch, new deck boards/railings on tiny back deck etc etc..

I had to put around $5k in junk removal and repairs (wall, gutters, electrical, stove...), while also putting a lot of sweat into it myself (cleaning, painting, caulking, minor repairs I knew how to do).

It has two...an oil monitor (with new filters) and the wood stove (common in the area) She refuses to use the wood stove and says she cant afford to buy oil.I served a 30 day notice which was she claims is invalid as it wasnt signed by me...but for me.
