Since the tax on the Roth contribution is calculated AFTER the contribution is made, there is no way I have less than $100K contributed to my Roth over the same period of time that you are making identical contributions to your Tradtiional IRA.

If in doubt, say no because that is probably the right answer anyways.If you really can't deal with tenants and feel you need to shield your identity, you should put your property inside a legal entity and hire a property manager.

This property is a fourplex so we eventually (after 4 months of operations) decided to not manage inventory on a "Per-unit basis" and rather on a "Per property basis" With 4 identical units, it became pretty tedious trying to remember which one was out of what.
