It is conceivable that you would get $3k if everything is absolutely perfect (parking, w/d in unit, AC, hard wood, etc.).

The conduit runs at angles, so there's never a stick of hardwood,  or carpet, or tile, where the conduit runs directly underneath it for any appreciable length.

I'm assuming you would need to have a notepad with some general estimates like this:Replace kitchen cabinets:  $X per linear footRehab bathroom: $X per square footLaminate or eng. hardwood:  $X per square footPainting and sheetrock:  $X per square footThen when you are looking at the property you will need to do quick measurements of rooms.Is this the general way or is it much more general than this?

I was getting band new tubs for $1 (no lie I got 4 deep soaker tubs for $1 for all 4), engineered hardwood floors for $0.90 per linear foot, pallets of lights/ceiling fans for $175.00, 1000 linear foot of base moldings for $100.00.
