You know - the full time doctor who is looking for long-term buy and hold rental property for tax benefits and the 30 year paydown as much as income and value.I may need a commercial broker to get more of an idea of market value (may be some off market comps or the like) but this area was devastated by mortgage fraud during the recession.

It Is like anything else, whether it be attorneys, doctors, roofers, etc. there is good and bad.I strongly encourage landlords and investors when looking for a good property management company to go to the National Association of Residential Property Managers website: www.NARPM.org Good property management pays for itself, while poor property management can cost an landlord thousands of dollars.I sincerely hope you are able to recover the funds.Kevin

Here in PA the LLC application paperwork specifically states that you can’t use ‘engineer, realty, doctor, and other professions requiring licensing (unless you have the license of course)It looks like TN doesn’t have that same requirement!?
