Seems like a lot of people at first just "get into" real estate because I think many (falsely) beleive that you will get fabulously wealthy in a short period of time.

Some of my neighbors are also in their 70's which makes it very hard for them to continue this lifestyle.The management has been giving constant updates after updates but they're usually false hope and additional delays.

You could be paying thousands of dollars before you could even prove that it was not your fault or it was a false claim.As an example entitled tenants tying up the court systems I give you an ongoing battle of mine.
