Hello, I have my first property and plan to add 2-6 properties this year and additional each year....I have started using RentRedi and I am finding it a bit clunky and also dislike the spam they toss at anyone who creates an account (which starts at prequalifying).

I’m especially curious because a few rentals were picked up by investors in my area at well over 25% above last year’s comps and I can’t help but wonder if they’re gambling on near term rent increases....or if they’ve just overlevered their way into non performing assets because of fomo.

Thank Denise no its good to post these and report them to @Mindy Jensen directly she does not take kindly to those using her site to try to hood wink us.the biggest one though is just put a little blurb out your looking to borrow money.. that is when you will get spammed on facebook linkdin BP everywhere with FAKE LENDERS promise you the moon and deliver moon rocks..
