It's very helpful and allows you to keep your privacy without sharing your personal cell! 

STR's can charge a significant rate when a SFR is large and can accommodate for large amount of people whereas STR tenants prefer privacy and usually travel individually or in pairs so 2 bedroom properties work really well for them.

And yes, room for pool is important, as is privacy.

Also, I'm sure you want the privacy too.  

We also enjoy the personal privacy and separation an LLC affords us from our business, e.g., all of our tenants understand the property they rent is owned by a company, not a person.

I have a personal life and enjoy my privacy just like you enjoy yours.Those are just some ideas.

You have one rental and privacy probably isn't much of a concern.

For me I then have the LLC's owned by another LLC within Nevada for my privacy. 

I'm vaguely aware that Canada has different privacy protection laws than the US, and have had mixed results with Canadian employers on that front (maybe it varies by province?). 

Registering this "foreign entity" with your home Secretary of State oftentimes incurs the same costs and sacrifice of privacy as forming it in that state in the first place.
