@Michael Little the tax code ha just gotten so huge you can't just hire the guy down the street who tries to do everything.  

You no longer ha e to pay them to come to you or spend your time (which is money) to take your laptop to them.

Responsiveness seems to be ok).As a guest, I would feel more comfortable with a big brand (airbnb, HA,VRBO), unless I already know you and trust you.As a host, if I  lose my listing on a platform for any reason, I think I ll restart with a new profile.
