EXCELLENT WoRKno doubt the location of where you are or where your rentals are most definatly helps especislly if your in or near a tourist destination.

The nightly rentals do extremely well and as with most tourist towns, long term rentals are hard to come by, so those also do well.

I think the one exception is if the mall is a tourist attraction; then it is a busy as the airport.

A business will need to relocate a core team to the new location and most people will not consider living in what is perceived as a dangerous location.Control - Businesses compete on a world wide scale so they need maximum control of their businesses so I believe they are far more likely to select locations in states with Right to Work Laws.
