I'd like to start ramping up the flipping side of my business, using the BRRR strategy to quickly refinance the property and put the money I drew back into the pot.

Hey BiggerPockets Members,My name is Drew and I am new to the real estate game.

I'm looking at a potential development deal and will be meeting the engineer who drew up some plans for the seller.
