I am new to bigger pockets

Hello, my name is David McKinsey. Most people call me DJ. I am new to bigger pockets and real estate investing in general and I am looking to get started. I'm looking to network with people close and all around, also I would like to find a mentor. I have read three books so far, "No B.S. Real estate investing" by Preston Ely, "The Ultimate Beginners Guide To Real Estate Investing" of course written by Brandon Turner and Josh Dorkin (this book lead me here), and I just finished reading "How to be a Real Estate Investor" by Phil Pustejovsky. My goals in real estate are to begin wholesaling to build capital. Then I would like to start buy and hold investing, as I live right next door to Purdue University. A little about me I currently am working two jobs as a forklift and delivery driver. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I look forward to interacting with everyone. Thank You.
