I got it for a big discount over what he was selling it on his site for, but the bad news is I just found out that the version I have was published in 2005 :cry: and I'm not eligiable to access the updats since I bought it used I have a few questions regarding the material, what has changed and what hasn't changed after this point.

In my area, I could almost make an offer (bid) on many HUD properties just based on the published PCR (Property Conditin Report), the area/subdivision, and possibly a CMA or other comparable current valuation method.
