Florida massive flushed-out of the foreclosure pipeline. 28% jump: Feb-15 vs. Mar-15

Florida showings some numbers (again)... Miami leading the way (again). Ton of action in Ocala and Lakeland-Winter too. I guess continue on with direct marketing but do not ignore the MLS/REO's for South Florida. Less emotional seller + high motivation = less negotiation.
