Find some comparable properties and create a vision for yours.  

The sponsor/syndicator remains responsible for the overall vision and strategy, sets the expectations, and always has final review and approval.

However We do not want to get tunnel vision and will explore all options.

My long term vision is to repeat this process of buying a duplex/triplex every move to obtain a significant passive income from multi-family properties, which would allow me to cut back on hours (I love my job and don't want to quit!)
