Advice on 3D Rendering Please

Gary Paul Lewis
Posted

Hi everyone,

I hope you're doing well. I'm Gary, and I have over 25 years of experience in corporate graphics and presentations. Last fall, my techno kid (we all know one) introduced me to AI when it was released to the public.

Since the spring, I've been focused on restoring damaged property in real estate photos. It's not the typical phone app vision some people use for staging a futon in the empty guest room. This is the kind of expensive 3D rendering that firms have been doing for decades, but supercharged.

Here's where I'd love some advice. I can work on any type of property—industrial, commercial, or residential. It works great on interiors, too. My real-life human real estate connections mostly deal with high-value properties, so I'm thinking of directing my efforts towards more modest homes, vacancies, or vandalized properties that could use some creative vision for investors.

This isn't an ad, and I can't post any before and after shots, but your insights on which area I should focus on would be really helpful. I'd rather create helpful examples than create samples nobody can relate to in their own portfolio.

Thanks, and happy Thanksgiving!

Gary
