2022 was killer but we don't rent full time.

Cash flow goals would be killer, cash on cash would be trash.

The good thing about our market though is, this kind of deals are hard to find but you can still find them.Also when you really want deal in a good appreciating area, and you know that long term is going to be a killer deal, you can just put more down to make it work.I hope it helps!
