It does take a couple of days for the money to transfer, but that has never been an issue (you can pay for faster service if you like).I like that you can add one time payments (we do this for a water bill).

My question is, if I want to retain my privacy, should I just use the registered agent address for the initial location and then add on Vancouver as the second city of operation?

@Steve DellaPelle Sounds like you got everything  you needed from all the other responses but I would like to add one bit of perspective as well. 

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

You can also use some "bridge addons" to connect your Wordpress (or whatever CMS, if they offer an add-on) to connect to your CRM.For example: You launch your website using Wordpress, use a plugin that allows you to create forms that take the input data, or bridge, and automatically populates it into your CRM system that you choose.

If I watch when I acquire and add on improvements I can really off set some taxes with my businesses.

Then you add on things like a $1,000 bill here and there for broken vehicles or any other expense that was not foreseen.
