Give them an inch they take a mile. 

Broken furniture, a 1998 32-inch TV that weighs 317 pounds, hangers, some old eggs and an empty pizza box in the fridge, nothing cleaned, etc.

Inspection report says: "Using the Smart leveler digital leveling system with the center of the living room as the reference point the inspector observed the following:1) 1" inch drop from the center of the living room to the back corner of the primary bedroom2) 1" inch drop from the center of the living room to the center of the primary bathroom.3) 3/4" inch drop from the center of the living room to the pantry.4) 1" inch difference from the center of the living room to the back corner of the living room."

I have never heard of any of my REIA friends bidding on auction ever saving a nickle under their MAO by playing the inching it up game!!!!!

It's a drainage issue and when it "floods" it get a couple inches in some spots and quickly goes out.

I ran the flooring from the stringer to an inch short of the balusters. 

You cannot tell by the pics at all, but that house was sinking between 2inces to 5 inches in the center and throughout prior to us working on it.Believe it or not, MOST investors wont go into a crawl space to check out whats in there.

Took me an hour to dig down and find the leak, and less than 20 bucks for a 3/4 inch shark bite fitting. 

I took some satisfaction out of the fact that the little guy was pushing a boy's bicycle with 20-inch wheels up a hill, obviously really going places in his miserable life.
