This will only create confusion but on a grander, more expensive scale.Why don't you first figure out precisely what data you want, all the way down to data fields, and then set out to find efficient ways to pull the data, by doing the first round yourself.In the meantime, since you are in California, subscribe to PropertyRadar so that you have quick access to property data, including equity, open trust deeds, etc.
