Its my favorite city in this region and my roots are strong there.

They need to have verified income (you call the boses and trick them into answering what the job / company is to root out friends posing as bosses).  

I was rooting for you until you said you'd be using your HELOC money for out of state investment. 

However, because of more permanent employment and family, my wife and I have decided to put down roots in DC.

As of right now, I am just trying to put the roots down but not totally sure of which way the branches will go.

Cleaning supplies, coffee, TP, Kleenex, soap and shampoo if your going to supply.

Soap scum, dirty appliances, crumbs in the cabinets, window sill crud, ceiling fan dust, hair under the baseboards etc etc. $275 sounds like a reasonable fee to charge for my area and I'm nowhere near the high rent district of LA.
