This started a great mentor ship with a great guy.A few months later I got a job offer to become a loan officer for a local credit union.

The only ship that won't sail is a partnership.  

We have been able to walk across their the end of their property where it is flat, to move bulky dock items or roll a lawnmower across. 

If they have executor ship should be relatively easy to get this up and running.

The partner ship is now breaking up, on what appears to be good terms, but with differing views on how to do things.   

This is coincided with a relatively smaller group at the age of home owner ship.

Imagine spending all your weekends cleaning this house.They left mattresses and garbage outside and sometimes I wonder to myself if they shipped in roaches into that house because I'm at my wits end how someone could live like that.
