Does anyone here have a noise machine and recommend it? 

Almost all new construction for the "rental machines" on OBX and a FL panhandle beach area I'm familiar with is 1 bath/BR + powder room and enclosed outdoor shower.

More people are killed in Australia by tipping over soda machines than by being killed by sharks. 

I got a full insiders tour of the Oil patch or Oil sands.. it was way cool.. got to ride in those huge dump trucks sit in the excavating machine that scoops unbelievable amount of material per scoop only thing bigger that moves I think Is the transport machine for the Saturn rockets.the mines were open pit about 5 miles across with vernicle wall 150 feet or so.. and you could see the black tar lines... running through it.. but its really pretty basic they take the sand dump it in a HUGE centrifuge mix in some ( probably pretty nasty chem's ) and out comes the oil sludge that goes into the pipeline to be taken to refineries.

Get that refinance going so you can get some $$ and keep your REI machine running.

I am setting my monthly budget starting out to be $500 for marketing per month (This includes the lists I buy) I looked online and some of the basic machines can run about $250-300 on the very low end.

They did all the trickery to make Podio an automated CRM machine and their setup was so good several other companies have emerged to compete with them in this space.

That machine is worth its weight in titanium!

Some devices only seem to tell you how much usage it gets during a certain day, which for my purposes isn't ideal since the pump also pumps the drainage from two washing machines I've got down there.
