You have a point though, Sacramento isn't a hot vacation destination, and it's easier to find a regular renter.

I don't see Hollister as a huge tourist destination but I have  seen a couple people in the area listing just a single room for 65.00 a night. 

I have 16 houses under my belt and it is my company's strategy to take on class B+/A rentals in a destination part of my town.

Therefore, don't blindly ask the question and follow other peoples advice without understanding the destination and the roadmap to get there. ;-)Please let me know if you have any questions.Continued success!

I didn't consider it to be a destination, but Boulder, RMNP are, and Lyons has a bluegrass festival that is pretty popular, I'm near the Boulder County Fairgrounds which has several big events every year, etc.The owner of the duplex next door has an AirBnB property that is rented at least 60% of the time - all for a small town that isn't a destination location. 

They are destined to meet IMO.

Will be specifically working in Pensacola, Fort Walton beach, Mary Esther, Destin markets. 

Anyone can buy a foreclosure and Johnny lunch bucket can do the TIP TOP reno.. its all about PM without it your destined to fail in my Humble opinion and personal experience. further its my sincere belief that C properties are NOT an appropriate investment for anyone who does not live and work in the area.

Why aren't there any people who give their time and knowledge to the youth who ACTUALLY have a background in real estate and contracting, and are TRULY passionate in this industry but unfortunate to be born into a poor family.I know I am destined for success.

We've got multiple highly populated military bases, Destin and Navarre for vacation destinations, and Pensacola 45 minutes down the road.
