My father being an engineer before he went into sales said he would have to look into it and then went and bounced the idea off his broker who told him all kinds of crap about how bad the real estate market is and how you can never get back the money that you put into it... 

Just wondering if there are any other wholesalers in the area so we can squad up and bounce ideas off each other and so I can learn as much as possible as I am still learning.I been using Propwire to cold call but so far the majority of the numbers have been bad that I skipped traced through there.

It is so helpful to have people to bounce this stuff off of.

It's a bad time for people who like to bounce around from bank to bank compared to people with well established relationships.

I have had horrible situation with what i call first time or under 200k buyers in IL.. sale fails for lending fall out is the norm.. so much so I won't do business in that state anymore.Its amazing to me how regionalized this.. is.. we go 50 deals on the west coast before we get a sale fail last minute from lender bounce.. we get pre approval it closes.
