If the other vehicle is tiny and they leave in an ambulance or a bag, that's their problem.

If you did not use a licensed electrician and you did not pull a permit, you are playing under Wild West rules (as many of us Landlords are wont to do from time to time) and if something goes wrong, you're left holding the bag full of responsibility. 

That last round left many holding the bag.

Just for the heck of it I once put a newspaper front page in a ziploc bag inside a mantle I hung above a fireplace. 

What's to prevent them from running up a lot of debt in your name, and then leaving you holding the bag?

I learned that I am not a trowel man...and that I like leveling compound better than skim coat. (6 bags...I think...kinda lost count) Using my best amateur effort I managed to get a reasonably level surface with a few imperfections.

I literally filled 30 bags of leaves the other day.

The tiles should be bagged and along with your protective gear sent to your local hazard disposal facility along with your used and bagged gear.
