I recently graduated college, and I work for an accounting firm doing business valuation in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.

That's where there will be upside as even the current rents would support a double in unit price where as Montrose is pretty stretched on what you can pay per door with current rents -- and all the new class A will cap what the class C garden apartments can getI'm sure in a few years, the properties to the east will go up but buying that stuff now isn't too impressive.  

we do lots of work in livonia, Westland and garden city.  

A full time renter below who helps with gardening/trash/eyes&ears onsite.

Have also considered at some point, having our family purchase a property that we use as a second home, with a rental unit (garden apartment, coach house, etc,) to defray cost of the property.

Their plan is to live in the garden unit, and renovate the two other units.  

One is land, I am a big gardener and we all love animals.  

Landscaping/gardening is a hobby.

There is actually one this evening called “the house hacker meetup” at Rino Beer Garden from 6-8.
