Curt,I know landlords here who have pulled a/c fuses or even actually removed the front door to 'encourage' tenants to leave.But in this state constructive eviction is mighty illegal.As for 'best practices' in getting tenants to leave, IMO it's as much art as science.

They've already made a lot of progress on the Art District in East Franklinton and they've recently released a plan for West Franklinton.
