If that pans out check the property out for all the maintenance issues..roof, furnace etc...if it needs everything... might be overpriced.

I also understand that the asset could go back to the ownership of the investor, thus becoming a REO property and then have it's own set of issues, depending on how the foreclosure action pans out.
