@Ben GrantFor a subject to deal your best bet is to go direct to the seller, which will require some direct marketing or lots of networking.Many people are doing direct mail in Goodlettsville and Hendersonville, you'll need to get persistent and creative with your efforts if that's the route you decide to take.

"Tax assessment appeals persist in Baltimore" by Natalie Sherman Feb 5, 2015The way I read it, it seems that because there are so many rentals and distressed sales and the tax rate is crazy high there are more and more tax assessment appeals in Baltimore City, more than the rest of Maryland.Any thoughts?
