I lost a lot of hair today but am counting my blessings.

The day I decided to be okay with her staying in her business (Hair) which is not my passion we made it work.

My hair's beginning to turn grey because I keep worrying if the tenant will pay the rent, if/when surprise bills will show up, etc, etc.The $100/mo is after taking the PM fees into account.

His hair is short and neat and he looks very professional.

Plus charging them monthly means they have less incentive to be long term renters there.I've had 3 tenants with pets move out so far- the two with cats meant additional cleaning/ disinfecting where the litter boxes were and I vacuumed up a lot of hair from the corners and off the walls.  

Much appreciated, just doing my best to comb through all of this valuable information.

A buddy of mine had one and had to deal with middle of the night calls to take care of leaky faucets and hair clogs in the midst of a dozen sorority girls in various night wear (not joking).
