I am generally turned off by real estate gurus who peddle pricey courses so I'm super grateful to have found this site. 

Tenants are grateful for the online access, control and convenience.

When I started BP gave me so much valuable info and resources I’m forever grateful.

- I became a Clever Investor student in August last year and my tuition have been paid of over and over again and I cant be more grateful that I found them finally!.

Generally speaking, they just pay the rent, they are very grateful for what they are getting, and will not try to sue you for going over your 21 day disposition deadline or some thing silly like that.

Buy them coffee or lunch, be humble and grateful and ask a billion questions and smile and thank them for their time.

After spending hours reading these forums, I am so grateful for the knowledge and wisdom that others, who are far more knowledgeable, have shared with all of us "new kids".
