Numbers will make it more transparenis English not your 1st language?

For this, I apologize to all my past English teachers.)

I'm an English major and teacher by trade, if that matters at all. 

Starting out, you probably only speak English, so that is not realistic.

I started my search locally in the DC area (my heart still skips a beat at the thought of a townhome with an English basement) but everything here is way too expensive and 2-4 unit multifamilies in DC are mythical.

I made the same points that I made above and he said that wouldn't matter.I took the test in a large college classroom, think English 101 your Freshman year.

When George Soros shorted against the Pound and made a fortune at the expense of the Bank of England, it actually helped the English economy after 1992 as their exports were cheaper.But history shows that currency wars have huge implications on the US real estate markets. 

My Goal in life is not have to worry about money and give back to my community .I am hoping to find Mentors,  Investors, Brokers, Agents, Property Managers, Attorneys, CPA to be part of my Team.I bring to the table 22 years experience in Construction as DC, MD and VA Master Electrician , Integrity, Capital,I Speak English and Spanish.

@James English I am in negotiation on a duplex in North Nashville (house hack) but I have been driving Murfreesboro looking for potential properties.
