First, check out Triad MLS; they have a more comprehensive inventory than Zillow.

He has a great coaching program that's comprehensive and affordable IMO.

I highly recommend doing this to see how they operate. going around with your contractor might not be as comprehensive....

This is something I didn't calculate comprehensively.  

From my comprehension, in Wisconsin you ARE a real estate broker if you display the pattern of sales or exchanges (the five sales or exchanges in one year or 10 sales or exchanges in 5 years).

Each city has a CRA (community redevelopment agency) and a City Master Plan or Comprehensive Plan (if its a large city).

As an attendee, I'm leaving with a sense of comraderie with all the other attendees and the comprehension of how on the ball they are and thirsting for GREAT info.As a presenter, I'm leaving with the memories of how warm and receptive the attendees were and motivated to learn.
