I've just become aware of their presence which is why I will be addressing this matter with her immediately. 

The fencing guy called me back and finally forwarded a bid and now I'm still waiting as they arrange the financing...it's been 3 days for something I know takes less than 30 minutes from start to completion in the presence of me over the phone with EnerBank.

I have only spent a couple of months building a online presence so I have had little success through search engines and links of any sort(For Now)!

There are great deals to be had here, I would label the competition as fair (not a ton of buy and hold investors but they are certainly here, recently more flippers looking for deals), the appreciation and volatility of the market is pretty flat, high military presence and a very high demand for rentals from military and civilian renters.  

I'm trying to increase the amount of leads that I receive but not having much luck without a web presence.

Quest has a presence in Austin.  

Looks like Gainesville has a presence on BP.

That was 5 years ago and the tenants on the street still know me as "the crazy landlord" and a police presence on the street hasn't been necessary since.
