I was looking at the A/C zone in the link provided by Climate zone.Mine says 2 ton instead of 1.5 but mine are quad apartments with 4 units to a building at 1,178 sq ft each unit.Maybe over the last 30 years because of hotter climate they now recommend 2 ton instead of 1.5.I don't know if the chart is meant for houses only or calculates apartments differently.Hey Justin is the 80 bucks include the cost of the thermostat??
