I was looking at the A/C zone in the link provided by Climate zone.Mine says 2 ton instead of 1.5 but mine are quad apartments with 4 units to a building at 1,178 sq ft each unit.Maybe over the last 30 years because of hotter climate they now recommend 2 ton instead of 1.5.I don't know if the chart is meant for houses only or calculates apartments differently.Hey Justin is the 80 bucks include the cost of the thermostat??

Primarily because of population and job growth, the strongest predictors of real estate value...but also the weather, climate, economy, etc. 

I California's climate and outdoor life, Arizona can accommodate both of those things (I would most likely be traveling during summers, so not worried about the extra heat!)
