If there are any flaking areas like trim or doors, that's a problem.

My trim guy drinks like a fish and smokes pot multiple times throughout the day.

I also have a cat with all of her claws and she won't let me trim them.

One wanted the factory white Aluminum trim of an outbuilding painted, then they wanted the air vents for a crawl space competely sealed to prevent rodent intrusion.

You could trim this deal down, reducing his equity portion of the LLC or talking off the top some guarantee fee first, but again, I think there are plenty of cheaper folks out there, even here on BP if you look.

Doing simple commonsense things made a big difference in the curb appeal: Trimming trees, installing new mulch, power washing the building, cleanup the parking area, common areas and trash area, installing parking violation, … etc.

Does anybody have suggestions for a good, consistent paint - I'm looking to find a brand and stick with it....because it covers good, easy to put on and it not priced out the wazoo.Will be used in a rental - Looking to paint it neutral color (moss green or beige) with bright white trim.

Unit 2: I installed new interior doors, trim, fixtures, paint on main level and basement.
