It's the same thing car dealers do. 

I am considering selling the trailers to the residents, but as parks are my main investment focus, I do not have a dealer's license to handle all of the transactions.

I visited with a dealer last week and I'd be around $130,000 maybe a little higher, to get a lot, bring in utilities, pour a foundation, etc. for a 3 Bed 2 Bath home that would be brand new.

We primarily purchase from note dealers and we don’t broker, originate or wholesale notes.

Ahhh, but I already know from being on BP for as long as I have, most of the dealers already know everything and they certainly don't care about trying to know anything different. 

Like fees car dealers tack onto the price at the last minute - "make ready charge" and junk like that.
